A: Not always. As long as your vehicle is accessible and we have what we need (keys, access to water and electricity), you don’t have to be there.

A: Please ensure your driveway or parking spot is clear and accessible. Remove any personal items or valuables from the vehicle interior. If possible, have an outdoor water spigot and electrical outlet available for our equipment.

A: We can often work at apartments or office lots as long as there is vehicle access, permission from property management, and a water/electric hookup available. If you’re unsure, reach out to confirm before booking.

A: We monitor the weather closely. If rain or bad weather would affect service quality, we’ll reach out to reschedule at no cost. Your detail is guaranteed to happen under the right conditions.
